Shipping & Returns

We provide all warranty work on products covered by the manufacturers. All products must request a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA # before any warranty work will be processed. Please contact us in the contact section to request yours.

PRODUCT FAILED DURING MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY PERIOD

When possible review the manufacturer's warranty card. Obtain an RGA# from HOT TUB PARTS DEPOT for shipment back to supplier. The shipping will be prepaid by you for Warranty evaluation. Credit, replacement or repair will be at the discretion of the Manufacturer's warranty policy and evaluation. Freight and Field Labour is not covered. Please note that due to date codes, please forward as soon as possible please attach your service invoice.

PRODUCT FAILED ON INSTALLATION.

Ship product back prepaid upon receiving an RMA# from HOT TUB PARTS DEPOT. If the product was installed properly  and failed on installation it is likely to be a manufacturer's defect. When the manufacturer determines this, HOT TUB PARTS DEPOT will reimburse the shipping based on normal CanPost shipping rates.

If the product has failed due to improper installation or matching, it may not be replaced but HOT TUB PARTS DEPOT will assist you in determining the problem. If evaluation and testing proves there to be no fault found, product will be returned to you at your expense.

YOU MUST SHIP IT TO US AND WE WILL SHIP IT BACK FIXED AND READY TO GO.

ELECTRICAL HOOK-UP

YOU HAVE A TUB NOW BUT NO ELECTRICITY. WE CAN HELP, A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. PLEASE EMAIL US AND WE WILL QUOTE YOU A PRICES.

INSTALLATION OF A TUB IS NOT CHEAP, PRICES RUN FROM $800- $1300.00 PLUS TAX.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We work within normal business hours Monday to Friday. Our hours are from 8 am to 5pm. Emails will be answered at all hours. When parts are ordered before 11am Mon to Friday. Usually, one to two days delivery service in the GTA.

Shipments will not be delivered on weekends or Stat holidays.

RETURN POLICY

 If you need to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number either by email(recommended) or by calling our customer service number: 289 218 8915 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday Eastern Time. Returns without RMA numbers cannot be accepted. You are responsible for safe return shipping, so please make sure that your return is adequately packed and insured. Read the return conditions below:

 

Conditions:

  • All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • We must receive your return within 15 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage. (You would not want to buy damaged merchandise, nor would we sell it).
  • Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective products only, and only with an RMA.
  • Handling and shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Electrical items are not a returnable item

ANY ITEM RETURNED WILL BE RETURNED AT A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPED BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE.
